As a subcontractor for SERCO, CS GROUP – ROMANIA currently provides services to support EO exploitation projects and scientific software, with personnel collocated at ESRIN.

Part of these services consist of:

• Assisting ESA to technically define, initiate, monitor progress and report the achievements of EO exploitation projects carried out within ESA’s EO programmes;
• Prototyping, testing and evaluation of new EO algorithms, products and software tools to support ESA’s EO exploitation projects;
• Assisting the Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes to maintain and enlarge its dialogue with the end-users of EO data, gather their feedback, and channel the user recommendations back into the overall planning of EO exploitation programme elements and projects.
