NaviDoc  is an document management application which allows:

• Ordering and organizing documentation on components
• Fast, gradual and easy browsing through intuitive pictures and text tree (Deep Zoom)
• Centralized management of documents
• Shared, competitive and collaborative access on documents
• Possibility to define access to documents according to user rights

The application is composed of two modules.

Navigation module – designed for users to search and view documents, with the following functionalities:

• Graphical Navigation:
  • Browsing through component type images, from parent to child, in order to find the necessary documentation, using the mouse or Zoom IN/OUT buttons
  • Information about the selected component
  • List of associated documents for the selected component
• Text Navigation:
  • Browsing through a components text tree
  • Information about the selected component
  • List of associated documents for the selected component
• Advanced Search:
  • Using the documents criteria
  • Using the components criteria.

Administration module – designed for administrators to manage the application, with the following functionalities:

• Components management
• Document categories management
• Document management: add, change, delete, add / delete version, user authorization, mass import
• User management
• User groups management
• Administration journals.
