Description:

For an international project involving the development and testing of critical software for voice communication “over IP” in the Defence domain, we are looking for a Senior Software/Systems Developer to join our team in Craiova.

Your tasks:

• Participate to product new features specification and design definition
• Bug fixing and new feature development
• Participate to the integration and validation of the solution

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably) or Informatics is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in working with C programming language
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and programming in LINUX environment
• Knowledge in automation of operations using Bash scripting or equivalent
• Networking knowledge (UDP, TCP/IP protocols). Knowledge of SIP protocol is a plus
• Experience in using configuration management tools (eg. SVN, Git)
• FRENCH language – an advanced level is highly desirable, but we can manage with at least a minimum level of knowledge necessary for the understanding of the project technical documentation
• ENGLISH language is a must
• Goal oriented, structured, and analytical
• Ability to take ownership of tasks
• Good communication skills
• Meticulousness
